•The token URL gives access to your event schedule, meeting requests, notes and messages.

•If the link expired or is missing, ask the organizer to send a fresh participant access URL.

Why both paths exist

Your account is the long-lived identity layer. The direct portal link is the event-specific workspace for one meeting, one schedule and one set of private notes.
